Skinny Orange Dream Smoothie Ingredients:

Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

This is the least "healthy" option on our list since it's packed with 35.9 g of sugar. Again, you can reduce the sugar content by using Greek Yogurt with 0 g of sugar and a bit less honey.
