Skinny Orange Dream Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1/4 cup Almond milk

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup ice




Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

  • INGREDIENTS ⅓ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

  • ½ cup almond milk

The sugar on this smoothie is a bit higher than we'd like, but to avoid this you can use Greek Yogurt with 0 sugars.


Dark Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

This is the least "healthy" option on our list since it's packed with 35.9 g of sugar. Again, you can reduce the sugar content by using Greek Yogurt with 0 g of sugar and a bit less honey.
